Each Pidgins User, or Agent, requires setup that includes their name and either their own mobile cell number or unique token to authenticate. Each agent that is setup will represent a unique login and will be charged $18.99 monthly subscription.
A Login Token represents a unique login for Agents who will not be logging in with a unique mobile phone number. The Login Token is a one time use token, and once used a computer you will not need to login, unless you generate a new token. You only need to generate a new token when Pidgins is requesting a new login token.
By generating a new token any previously generated token will be invalid.
